August Power Hours



Join us for these unique group classes throughout the month of August! Members can book through our Member Portal or App one week prior to class date. Access cards will also be available at Customer Service.


Recovery & Mobility Class
AUG 1  //  12:00pm-1:00pm

Great tips and tricks by Olympian Ken Kotyk. During this hour you will get lead through a mobility routine that helps reduce muscle soreness, combat fatigue and assist your body to exercise injury free. 


Basketball Fundamentals
AUG 3  //  9:00am-10:00am

All skill levels welcome! Master your shooting technique through a variety of drills and games. During this hour with basketball guru Jordan Tyrrell you will learn to improve your technique and get in a great workout.

AUG 11  //  8:00am-9:00am

Learn the fundamentals of a sprint with Olympian Christine De Bruin. Expect skips, strides and short sprints to improve on your skills. Plus a foam rolling session for proper recovery after a high intensity workout.


Speed & Conditioning class 
AUG 16  //  3:00pm-4:00pm

During this bootcamp our Triathlon Coach & Trainer Greg Cooke will guide you through sprint interval training – a great way to get in shape and work on your running skills. Get your body moving!

soccer skills bootCamp
AUG 21  //  7:30pm-8:30pm

During this hour you will gain insight to all aspects of soccer specific training (ball skills, agility, footwear and fitness). Challenge you skills and learn something new with our very own soccer guru Paul McConkey.
