Clinic 1 – Mobility/Injury Prevention with Laurie Hutchinson

In this session, our in-house Pilates, body rolling and alignment expert, Laurie will show you techniques to help with mobility and myofascial release. This will keep your body happy, healthy and injury free as well as compliment your warm up, cool down and stretching routine.

Clinic 4 – Plyometric Training with Ken Kotyk

Plyometrics, also known as "jump training" or "plyos", are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength). In this clinic, Ken, former Olympian and Personal Trainer, will demonstrate and educate how plyometric training can improve running strength and help to prevent injuries. You will learn proper technique through a variety of drills.
Clinic 5 – Running Shoe Demo with Tech Shop

The Tech Shop will be on-site with brand representatives from Mizuno, New Balance and Saucony to showcase their products. This is an opportunity to test footwear for training and racing. Athletes who join this session will get a sense of the types of footwear, including when to use them and when to discard.
