Adrenaline is HIIT style training at it's finest. During this 1 hour class you be taken through a diversity of fun and challenging stations that will get your heart up and body moving. Every class has a unqiue variety with a different Instructor.

 

This class runs in our Synergy Fitness locations and 12 spots are available.


Body Reno

When it comes to body sculpting, BodyReno is the class for you! Whether you are an all star athlete or just looking for a fun new way to improve your overall health and fitness. High energy music, with intervals of cardio and strength exercises using weights, speed and agility drills combined with martial arts moves is what you have to look forward to.

Bootcamp

One, two, three, four...join us in the gym for more! Boot Camp is an exciting, challenging workout that targets strength, agility and coordination. Get into tip-top shape by participating in a new circuit, pyramid or physical challenge each week. If you like variety, this class is for you! Level: Boot Camp is recommended for individuals with basic training knowledge. Participants with all fitness levels are encouraged to join. Location: Gym 1 or Gym 5 Note: Every second Wednesday class will include boxing drills.

Boxing Bootcamp

Boxing Boot Camp is an exciting, challenging work out that targets strength, agility and coordination. Get into tip-top shape by participants doing  circuit, pyramid or physical challenge each week. If you do not like variety, this is not the class for you. Boot Camp is recommended for individuals with basic training knowledge. Boxing Bags in this class. We provide gloves or you can bring your own.  Wraps are recommended- they can be purchased at most sporting stores in Calgary. 

Cardio Kickbox

Kick and punch your way to better fitness! Cardio Kickboxing will challenge your cardiovascular system while developing definition in your musculature through a variety of kickboxing techniques. This high energy and intense workout will keep you coming back for more. Level: This class is recommended for individuals with a moderate to advanced fitness level. Location: Gym 1 Note: this class may go outside if it’s nice out.    

 

Cycle 'N Box

Cycle N' Box is a combination of indoor cycling intervals and upper body boxing conditioning, which takes place in a high energy group setting. This combo class blends two of the most exhilarating and effective means of cardiovascular fitness into a calorie torching exercise class. Cycle N' Box is a great way to build both upper and lower body strength and endurance. - We do provide gloves and pads, however if you have your own that is great!

Deep Water Fitness

Deep Water Fitness is a low impact, joint-friendly workout routine that builds strength and cardiovascular health. Participants will have fun taking part in new and exciting resistance exercises and underwater running drills with help from a floatation device. Level: This class is recommended for all athletic and fitness levels. Swimming ability is required. Location: Pool  

 

Get Extremely RIPPED! 1000 Hardcore

You will be amazed at the results you can achieve within just one hour! Get Extremely RIPPED! 1000 is the next step up from the original Get RIPPED! 1000 and will turn your body into a carb-burning, fat-melting machine.  In this workout you’ll be alternating between three minute segments of double-duty exercises and three minute segments of plyometrics and high intensity intervals to burn the maximum amount of calories! This workout is a fantastic way to help you step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself!

Get RIPPED! And Chiseled

Working out with Get RIPPED! Chiseled guarantees results by using super-sets; scientifically proven to exercise muscles more efficiently. You'll challenge your muscles through non-stop movements that sculpt your entire lower and upper body. With minimal rest between sets, super high reps and pulsing movements for extra challenge, your heart rate stays elevated and you develop lean, toned muscles. Get RIPPED! and Chiseled is a challenging workout for anyone wanting to take their fitness to the next level. It's tough but it’s worth it!

 

Get RIPPED! Buffet

Enjoy different components from a variety of RIPPED! phases each time you attend! This class will keep you moving, sweating and always wondering what will come next! By keeping your body guessing, you’ll steer clear of workout plateaus and burn tons of calories! All fitness levels can participate in this class.

Get RIPPED! Pure Cardio

What better way to warm up and get ready for your weight-training workout than with Pure Cardio! This heart-pumping, metabolism-revving half hour cardio class will be a little different every time. You may experience low impact cardio, step, cardio drills or various cardio intervals. One thing is for certain – you will have fun!

 

Get RIPPED! To the Core

gets results fast in a no-nonsense, full-body, workout. Through compound movements you'll burn 2-3 times more calories than traditional weight training programs.  Using dumbbells, a barbell, or your own body weight, you'll complete double-duty exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once. Hatha - Level 2

The professional, certified yoga instructor will lead you through various poses that link breath and movement while taking your yoga practice to the next level. This is the perfect opportunity to focus on the poses that you wouldn’t normally focus on. Each yoga instructor will incorporate their own training and techniques into every class.

Level: Yoga is recommended for individuals with all fitness levels and abilities.

Hot Pilates

Love doing Hot Yoga, but want to try something different. How about Hot Pilates- work on your core and stabilizing muscles as you would in Pilates but in a Hot Studio. This is a great 45 minute class for those not having the ability to do 60 minute Pilates Flex. Ensure you have water, a towel, and a mat. Should you not have a mat you can rent one at customer service for $3. 

Hot Yoga Blend

A strong, fast-paced vinyasa flow designed to develop strength in the body. Be prepared to sweat as we flow through a series of postures that will challenge you both mentally and physically. Expect lots of breath work, core focus and chatarunga push-ups.

Level: Previous experience with Yoga is helpful but this class is open to all levels. Come as you are.

Maximum Step

This high intensity low impact workout is comprised of unique cardio super-sets. Just as you do super sets with weight training, cardio super-sets follow the same plateau-busting concept, but now it’s lower impact cardio. With slightly varied twists on familiar STEP choreography, participants will love this new feeling. Not into choreography? Not a problem! This class is about endurance and athleticism and has nothing to do with mambos & cha chas. Level: This class has something for everyone! Location: Gym 1 or Gym 5 

 

 

Pilates Flex

This class offers all the classic Pilates methods, which enhances body alignment and mobility, with an added focus on flexibility and strength by isolating muscles to promote definition. Location: Strength and Balance Studio. Note: Please bring your own mat, or you can rent one from Customer Service for $3. 

 

Power Cycle

Rolling up & down the hills! Racing through the straights! Pushing through the burn! This interactive cycling class will take your cardio workout to the next level. The instructor will lead you through a variety of intense drills and teach you how to maximize your efficiency and monitor your effort on our Keiser Bikes. Level: Power Cycle is recommended for all fitness levels and athletic. You're in control of the tension on the bike, so take as much or as little as you need. Please let the instructor know if you are new so they can help adjust the bike. Location: Power Cycle Studio. Note: Cycle shoes are not required; you can wear any runner that you would normally wear to the gym. If you’d like to wear specialized cycle shoes, our bikes work with 2 bolt SPD cleats. 

 

Power Cycle Lights

Enjoy your Power Cycle workout with the added atmosphere of laser lights dancing to the beat of the music. Power your ride to the beat of the music with high-intensity, high resistance, and high energy intervals of strength and speed pedal work. The instructor will guide you through flats, rolling hills, short mountain peaks and races right to the finish line. 

Level: Power Cycle is recommended for all fitness levels and athletic. You're in control of the tension on the bike, so take as much or as little as you need. 

Location: Power Cycle Studio

Note: Cycle shoes are not required; you can wear any runner that you would normally wear to the gym. If you’d like to wear specialized cycle shoes, our bikes work with 2 bolt SPD cleats.
