No: Please have your access card and proof of double dose vaccination ready when you arrive at our south entrance to verify and update your account.


Access for Sport Partners and Program Participants

Any individuals 12 years and up accompanying a verified sport partner/program participant must provide proof of vaccine and government issued photo I.D. at every visit with a member of our south entrance access team.

Access for Drop-ins

Drop-ins including Single Admission, Member Guest Passes and Courtesy Passes are now allowed access to the facility. In order to save you time and provide the best experience, be prepared with the following prior to visiting the facility:

1. Visit our Online Portal to ensure you have an active account. Accounts will not be created on site.

  • If you don't have an account yet, but HAVE visited the facility before, simply click Login/Create Profile and Reset Password
  • If you HAVE NOT been to the facility before simply click Login/Create Profile and click Create an Account.

Once you have your account created, download our App to have direct access right from your home screen. Search Repsol Sport Centre in your App Store.

2. All individuals 12 years and up must have their government issued photo I.D and proof of double dose vaccination at each visit.


INFORMATION ON THE RESTRICTIONS EXEMPTION PROGRAM

We are following The City of Calgary Vaccine Passport Bylaw 65M2021 which requires proof of vaccination, recent negative COVID-19 test, or valid medical exemption letter to gain entry.
 
All Annual Members, Limited Members, Program participants, Sport Partners and Drop-in cusomters must have received both vaccinations 2 weeks before the time of visit.
 
RSC employees will be stationed at the south entrance. Everyone 12 years of age and older entering the facility must show one of the following:

  • proof of vaccination
  • proof of privately paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service
  • documentation of medical exemption 


Valid proof of vaccination includes:

  • Alberta COVID-19 Vaccine Record
  • Paper copy, digital copy or photo of your AHS/Pharmacist COVID-19 Immunization Record
  • My Health Records Immunization Record or Personal Health Report
  • Out of Province Vaccination Passport

Important note: October 25 and later: Two doses of a two-dose series are required, with the second at least 14 days prior.

 
Important information on accessing the facility:  

  • Arrive a few minutes early to allow time to proceed through the vaccination screening area.
  • Your Member/Access Card will not work at the Customer Service gates until proof of vaccination has been provided.
  • Once proof has been provided you will be able to fast track to the Customer Service Desk and access the facility with your Member/Access card on your future visits.
  • If you are Rapid Testing this will need to be provided at the South Entrance at each visit.
  • Our facility hours may change as a result of these restrictions and staffing requirements. Should hours change we will update you as soon as possible.

Q: What if I would like to cancel? 
A: Please email info@repsolsport.com to cancel your Membership. 

Q: Can I put my Membership on hold?  
A: We are unable to put Memberships on hold right now, please email info@repsolsport.com to cancel your Membership. 

Q: Can I use my 10 Card pass or 30 Day Card? 
A: Yes.  

Q: Do you allow drop-ins? 
A: Yes, as of October 7th.  

Q: Do I have to show proof of a negative test if I have medical exemption? 
A: No. 

Q: Do I have to prove I am vaccinated each visit? 
A: No, if you have already verified your vaccine status, you can go through the fast track lane (right hand side) and scan in at Customer Service. 

Q: Do we need to wait for the 2 weeks to elapse before we can enter the facility (or get a private PCR test)? 
A: Yes.

Q: Do we still have to wear masks and social distance? 
A: Yes. Please wear a mask in all areas of the facility, except when working out/doing an activity. 3 metre social distancing is still applicable. 

Q: Are Registered Programs still available? 
A: Yes unless otherwise communicated. 

Q: Are PD Camps still Running? 
A: Yes. 

Q: Are Active Living Programs still Running? 
A: Yes. 

Q: Is Child Care Open? 
A: Yes.

There are no Group Fitness or Registered Classes
on statutory holidays.
