Forever Moving Challenge
February is Heart Awareness Month, a time to bring attention to the importance of cardiovascular health - and we want to help you get moving. That’s it, just move! Even if you’ve already been getting out of your chair and getting active, now is a great time to join our Strava RSC Forever Active community and cheer on or enjoy a friendly competition with a gym buddy or fellow RSC Member. All you have to do is track your movements – big and small – for a chance to win some amazing prizes. Start tracking early as there are weekly chances to win, PLUS a grand prize. All movement counts – strength, yoga, running, biking, brisk walking, jumping rope etc. So let’s get that heart pumping and get tracking!
How to join:
- Create a STRAVA account or login to your existing account
- Join the RSC Forever Active Club
- Get moving and recording activity.
- Check back weekly for a new theme aimed at getting you Forever Moving and be sure to check out our social channels for weekly tips and extra movement ideas! #getactivewithRSC

Rules & Regulations
Weekly random draw rules:
Random draw will be held each Monday.
Winners will be announced as a post on the RSC Forever Active Strava Club page.
Everyone that tracked an activity during that challenge week will automatically be entered to win.
Repsol Sport Centre will contact the winner within two business days of the draw being held and arrange to send out their prize.
Grand Prize:
Random draw will be held the week of March 1.
